Dietetics Digital is a book to discuss and put into practice.
We propose to put on a diet the Big Brother in which we have converted.

We want to propose strategies, personal and collective, to manage digital technology with more autonomy and for purposes own.

The book deals with realities, digital networks and the government of the lie practiced by Donald Trump and many other politicians … To those who continue to “feed” with our digital uses.

We denounce the falseness of (misnamed) reality shows and networks social. Because its result is the pseudocracy (the government of the lie).

However, we do not believe in criticism that does not propose alternatives, nor in the protest without proposals.
